Heather Childers
Heather Childers is an American anchor of the news on television. She was a former anchor for the initial hour of Fox & Friends First for Fox News Channel and worked for the organization from 2010 to 2020. She is the current anchor for the show American Agenda on Newsmax TV. Heather Star Childers was born in Hartsville, South Carolina on January 7, 1969. She grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina. In 1987 she graduated from Myers Park High School. Childers went to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and later earned an undergraduate degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She began her professional career with WCNC-TV, Charlotte in the 1990s as a reporter and producer. She was employed by television news stations in Albany, Georgia and then Asheville, North Carolina, at WLOS which was the ABC affiliate in the area. In 2002, she relocated to News 14 Carolina as an anchor. She was hired by Fox News Channel as a reporter in November of 2010. Then she became an anchor at the America's News Headquarters (August 2011). She was later promoted to early-morning host for Fox;
