Rosalia

Rosalia Vila (aka Rosalia) is an Spanish flamenco and pop vocalist. Since the age of 13 the singer has been involved in popular flamenco and music. She also explores various genres, including hip-hop soul and Trap. Pepe Habichuela has said that her vocals as sweet, sharp but also having a bit of bite. El Mal Querer is her 2nd album, which was that was released in the year 2018, and was critically and commercially successful. After Los Angeles, her debut album, released in 2017, got an award from the Latin Grammy for Best New Artist and also an Latin Grammy nod. In 2021, her single La Fama with The Weeknd was released. Motomami, her third album, featured songwriting collaborations between Cory Henry and James Blake. The album came out in 2022, as a result of an appearance on Saturday Night Live appearance by Rosalia, the vocalist of Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was the very first Spanish artist to have performed in a solo performance on the show. As well as winning three more Latin Grammy Awards for Motomami Rosalia was also the first female to be awarded the Latin Album of the Year twice.
