Christopher Robert Evans (born June 13th in 1981) is an American actor from the United States. He began his acting career as a character actor in television series such as Opposite Sexual Sex in the year 2000. The actor gained acclaim for his character as Human Torch, the Marvel Comics superhero, in Fantastic Four (2007) and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2008). Evans has continued to be featured in movies based on graphic novels and comic books like TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009) TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009) Snowpiercer (2013). The film gained him more recognition due to his role as Steve Rogers / Captain America in various Marvel Cinematic Universe films namely Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) and Captain America: Civil War and the ensemble films The Avengers Age of Ultron (2015) Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame (2019). As a result of his Marvel work, he became one of the highest-paid actors around the globe.
